I'm shocked they are still in operations. Poor service, extremely expensive - especially for the timeliness of returning items. There's cheaper alternatives in the neighbourhood, much friendlier service (meaning someone who actually wants to transact a service for $) and a MUCH faster turnaround. It's worth the extra steps to go to Wendy's instead. In addition, it seems like it's just a dry cleaning front where they collect and return items - don't actually do it on site, thus making the cost even more ridiculous.

I should have read the reviews before dropping off my Superpuff winter jacket to get it cleaned this place. They charged me $90+ to clean the jacket and they damaged the zipper without informing me upon picking up. I found out when I got home. I brought the jacket back to let them know and they said they would fix it. I picked up my jacket today and the zipper is not working the way it should be - very stiff and hard to zip up!. The lady at the front didn't even apologize. She even said to me that If I want to replace the entire zipper it will cost $200 to replace - unbelievable!Do yourself a favor and FAR AWAY from the place.

When I went there to drop off and pick up my clothes, the woman who worked there did not greet me. I gave her two receipts for two groups of order. She only gave me one order back and I thought she might combine the two orders so I asked her if she had given me everything. She then looked at the two receipts that I gave her and she said yes so I left. Then I remembered that I had previously dropped off a blue blazer but she did not return it to me.So I went back and asker her for it. My clothing was still on the counter (the ones that I dropped off) and she was chatting on the phone.
