I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Chris (blacktolines). From the get go, he has been really easy to communicate with and is super approachable! He did a cover up for my thigh that does not look like a cover up at all.
He is very skilled and kind. I absolutely recommend that you go and see him!

It was honestly such a pleasure to get tattooed by Chris, his art is amazing. The studio and Chris himself had a very welcoming atmosphere. This made my experience super comfortable as I was a bit nervous getting such a large scale piece for the first time. He was also very accommodating and informative with aftercare instructions/booking appointment flexibility and willing to answer any questions I had which was also great! My experience here overall is a 10/10 no complaints!??

Outsiders Collective is a top-notch tattoo shop with a team of talented artists. Chris Blanco specializes in Japanese traditional style tattoos and his full body pieces are absolutely incredible. The attention to detail and precision in his work is truly impressive.
I also had the pleasure of getting a tattoo by one of the resident artists, Ebi, who has a very unique and dark style. His tattoos are highly detailed and the shading is impeccable. The overall experience at this shop was fantastic - the artists were professional, hygienic, and made sure to listen to my ideas and preferences.
