Hi I went today to these salon first time very bad customer service they told me too come today I go all the way from surrey I message them one week ago they told me too come on Sunday and now they said no one is available too talk which is very weird I waist my time going there even they said who message me he is not robin they don't know even who chat with me I highly recommend before go there check don't waist time I don't feel like going there again very bad customer service

Did not like my haircut. I didn’t recognize any of the staff there after not coming for almost a year. Hairstylist was not listening to what I wanted and kept saying to trust him with his recommendation. My hair looks dryer than before I came in because of the layers he made but barely shortened the tip of my hair when I said my hair needed an inch trim. He didn’t add any hair oil on my hair and went straight to hair spray it. While brushing my hair, it was so dry that it was pulling my hair….

Yusef is a very talented stylist and he gets 5 stars from me. Best colorist I've had in years and the only one I'll go to now after seeing him twice. Only gave 4 stars to the salon as I'm just used to better customer service from other salons. No one took my jacket or offered me a water. Front of house was a little chaotic. But don't let that deter you, everyone was really nice and all the stylists are amazing here! Everyone left with really great hair.

Robin is great with hair cuts, especially layers and color. He spends quality time to consult, understands and suggests based on the needs of hair cut and color. He’s really patient and doesn’t rush despite being fully fully booked. Vancouver is lucky to have him!

If i had any option for Zero rating then i will definitely do that but it wasn’t there. It was really a horrible experience for me. Today i visited the store with my friend and the girl at the reception was so arrogant.Even though they scheduled us for today but at that point the receptionist girl didn’t admit her mistake she was like that it’s just a misunderstanding and didn’t admit their mistake. I don’t know why manager should hire these kinda girls as a receptionist if they don’t know how to handle the situation and don’t know how to apologize? The girl showed us today slots it was clearly noticed that the full day for Robin was empty just the exception of two slots but the girl was lying that it was full even though at that time the salon was empty. It was such a terrible experience. I think the manager should teach some CSR skills to their staff.

Customer service is really very bad. Receptionist really had bad attitude towards the customers( so arrogant). They call their mistakes a misunderstanding, when in chat it was clearly mentioned the date for appointment. When i went in store and asked resolve the matter, they just said NO and told us they are busy but actually there was a single customer only. You are not even that busy guys, come on. Please give some respect to customers, they are not having your services for free.
