Awesome customer service! I called them as I had a pair of sunglasses which a screw came out and the one arm fell off, and they told me come on in!! I also let the woman on the phone know I hadn't purchased the sunglasses there and she said no problem at all! I was in an out within 5 minutes with fixed sunglasses for no charge! Thank you very much for your help and kindness! Cheers

Ali helped us today. He was patient and knowledgeable. We have been coming here for many years and the customer service and glasses are always great. That's why we come back whenever we need new glasses. Thank you

One of the lenses to my glasses popped out as I was getting ready to leave Vancouver and I didn’t have any way to put the lens back in my frames. Thankfully the optometrist was able to do it in a few minutes and my glasses haven’t fit this well since I bought them!
