Been going here regularly for sometime now. There have been some hits and misses for my contact lenses.
But Polly has always been professional, and very helpful.
Always trying to help and give the best service possible. I trust this place with my eyes.
I was looking to update my lenses from an old pair of glasses. Polly was responsive, answered all of my questions in a professional and friendly manner, and provided a lot of helpful information and advice. This location has a lab right on-site, which meant that I was able to get my glasses back on the same day. Costs were reasonable, as well. I am so pleased with the customer service I received! Would absolutely recommend.
The lady owner is great. I had the glasses made there but I feel the prescription is too high. It makes my eyesight go bad quickly so I revert to my old glasses. Her service was good and pleasant. Just unfortunately I needed lighter prescription.
