I treated myself to a Bio Sculpture Gel Manicure from Onyx a little over a week ago. My nail tech (so sorry i forgot her name :/) was absolutely amazing, friendly but still professional through the whole appointment.

A few days ago, two of my french tips suddenly showed cracks (only in the polish, not my actual nail). I reached out to them and i even sent pics via Insta in hopes just to find out how it happened and just to get them fixed.
After some lovely conversation, they re-did the polish on the two cracked nails and my tech graciously buffed and refreshed the top coat on all my nails so they all looked uniform … all FREE PF CHARGE, which I did not...read full review
