I had a good experience with the repair of my dryer that wasn't heating properly. The tech was very experienced and knowledgeable about appliances. He gave me a break down of the cost for both parts and labour that made me feel really comfortable with the work being done. Hopefully I will not need their services again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call.

Igniter was not working properly in our gas range (Kitchenaid). Alex quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part, all with very low hassle for me. I recommend Alex if you are able to request him as a technician.
