I ordered from Toronto to deliver the floral to Burnaby. Couldn't do it on laptop and called them. Staff was so helpful. They explained in detail and ordered for me. They sent email to confirm and with the receipt. The flower was delivered on time but the colour has change a bit. I liked the possibly pink but eventually it turned out with bright right lily. I am a little upset. Can you see the different. I picked the Lavender look of your photo when comparing with other stores.
