My girlfriend’s mom’s Ford wouldn’t start at Champlain Square and we had to leave it there overnight. We stopped by this shop right after, but they were already closed. Thankfully, the attendant at the Petro station was able to take the keys and safely pass them on to the shop first thing in the morning.
Even though she didn’t end up getting the vehicle repaired here, they still had a technician walk over to the car and do a complimentary check. That level of helpfulness and care was really appreciated. Great customer service!
Had my oil change and new tires completed here. Very impressed with the service. Manager Clarence was able to get me in quickly and the techs Andre and Alwin provided great service as well. 5 star service!
We had our brakes done here and also brought the car in with an unknown issue. The team was able to quickly diagnose the problem and explain everything clearly. The service staff were polite, kind, and attentive, and the pricing was very reasonable. The work was completed in a timely manner and we felt confident and well taken care of throughout the process. Highly recommend this garage and will definitely return.
