My girlfriend’s mom’s Ford wouldn’t start at Champlain Square and we had to leave it there overnight. We stopped by this shop right after, but they were already closed. Thankfully, the attendant at the Petro station was able to take the keys and safely pass them on to the shop first thing in the morning.
Even though she didn’t end up getting the vehicle repaired here, they still had a technician walk over to the car and do a complimentary check. That level of helpfulness and care was really appreciated. Great customer service!
