Nadia has been doing my hair for 12 years. I had bounced around to different people for many years before I started going to Nadia and once I met her, I knew the bouncing around was over. I love her salon, the vibe she creates, the people she has brought in to work with her and she is just a genuinely great person. But I really love that she gets what to do with my hair, every single appointment. I've been seeing Nadia for several years and have always had a great experience. She's taken care of my highlights, colour, and haircuts, and I always leave feeling confident and happy with my hair.
I recently did a style edit and closet refresh with her, and it was such a fun experience. She helped me sort through my closet and let go of pieces that were out of style or no longer fit my lifestyle. She also identified a few key items that were missing from my wardrobe and showed me new ways to put outfits together. Getting dressed is now so much easier and more enjoyable.
After knowing Nadia for years I never used her studio until earlier this year. What an amazing experience! Nadia gets customer service and how to treat people!
I went in for eyebrow waxing with her esthetician Mackenzie and the whole experience has been incredible! Similar to Nadia, Mackenzie delivers exceptional customer service. She only gives the highest level of advice based on her very high bar of professional opinion.
