We worked with Tony Hicks who has been in the business for 32 years. The whole experience was excellent. He was kind and caring and compassionate. He explained everything to us. He didn't try and upsell, which was lovely! He navigated between the siblings who had slightly different ideas of what we wanted, and got us to a compromise. The preparation of our parent was amazing. If you're interested in a viewing it was incredibly lifelike and a real honor to her life-long beauty. Overall as oleasant an experience as one could hope at such a horrible time! They also prepared the letters for Service Canada and that saved time.
