-----Original Review------ I did my binding touch-up last Saturday, and today is Thursday — around half of the touch ups on my left eye have already fallen off, in just 6 days. The right eye is fine. I thought binding is supposed to stay much longer. In addition, in the past, when bindings fall off, they usually came off together with my natural lashes, but this time many of the bindings fell off by themselves.

Great professional lash technicians. Always satisfied with the quality of my lashes. Would have given 5 stars, but had to deduct a star for their extremely uncomfortable non ergonomic chairs. It’s quite painful to be lying on it for an hour.

Hands down the best lash salon ever. Misato communicates well to make sure she understood what I wanted and always does a great job. I sleep like a baby every time. The flat lashes last me at least 4 weeks and it will be my birthday wish that they open up another location closer to the east.
