Ebrahim listened , was super courteous, accommodating and became a friend in no time! So nice to feel comfortable as a woman buying a car and not feel pressured or dismissed like some salesman do to us. I recently bought a MINI Cooper SE, and Wayne was fantastic! He was very responsive, friendly, and professional. When I came to pick up my car, the side mirror was accidentally scratched by another vehicle — I was so upset. Wayne stepped in right away and arranged a free paint repair for me. Really appreciate his help and highly recommend him! I love my mini!
