Update: it was time to renew my mortgage and I went back to McKay for help. McKay and Jenny found a great rate for me, and guided me through the process very well. McKay and his team are a wealth of knowledge and they truly want what is best for their clients. They are very responsive and found answers to all of my questions, big and small. This was my third mortgage with McKay since 2016 and he has come through for me every time.

I had the opportunity to work with multiple brokers across the country during an extremely challenging situation, and Mckay Wood and his team truly stood out. From day one, I felt supported, protected, and genuinely cared for.
Jenny Le was exceptional throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made a very stressful situation feel manageable. She never made me feel like just another file — I felt valued and prioritized.

After speaking with multiple banks, I was referred to McKay’s team and I have nothing but good things to say. I worked closely with Henry on the team and he was so incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. This was my first time getting a mortgage and Henry was excellent at guiding me through each step. My financing situation was also difficult by nature but Henry did an amazing job at presenting me with several different options and solutions. I also really appreciated that Henry was always available for a call or text, and he was overall very on top of my application to get things done as quickly as possible. I can’t recommend this team enough!!
