Derek was fantastic and very personable. We had a kitchen pipe break in the evening, he replied quickly to our inquiry and was upfront on pricing. He scheduled us in for the next day. Good communication re: arrival time and was on time. Quality work, very reasonable pricing. Definitely would recommend.

It seems unusual that there are so many 5 star reviews but I found out those stars were well deserved. Derek gave a very quick response to either remove or replace an insinkerator that had failed. He is a friendly guy who knows what he is doing and does it quickly. He replaced our insinkerator for the same cost as a larger local company quoted to just remove it. Definitely a good decision on my part.
