Sue at Magiccuts is wonderful as she's very knowledgeable and friendly!! She's been my hairdresser for over ten years at Lansdowne mall and I followed her to the Fraser street location in 2023!!

I called June 9th at noon to make an appointment with Munira and the phone rang and rang and then it went to voicemail and I left a message. I decided to call back several hours later as was not busy and this time spoke to a live person and made an appointment. No one called me back from the voicemail message I had left at noon June 9th until noon the next day June 10th at noon. I said I had got it taken c/o. My point to this is that if a customer leaves a voicemail message, they expect to get a call back within a reasonable time frame of a few hours, NOT 24 hours later. I just happened to not be busy so called back, but I might not have and this is poor customer service. Voicemails from paying customers should be handled a lot better and faster than this.
