Luxia Shoes provides excellent customer service and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Customers appreciate the owner’s kindness and craftsmanship, especially for orthopaedic custom shoes. Even when services are not available, the owner goes the extra mile to assist, making it a highly recommended place for shoe-related needs.
I’m not involved with this company in any way shape or form, just looking for my shoes to get fixed. I saw a remark from another user that the place is permanently closed. That’s FALSE, it’s open. I just called them.
I had a great experience here. I brought in my Redback leather boots that were causing me quite a bit of pain, and he was honest and upfront about what could realistically be done to stretch them. The service was friendly, professional, and trustworthy from start to finish. The boots are now far more comfortable, and I’m really happy with the results. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about doing good work and setting honest expectations. Highly recommend! Thank-you!
Highly recommend! The owner was so helpful, communicative, professional, and quick. He came up with a crafty solution to the splitting of a seam in one of my boots, matched the leather perfectly and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you so much!
