I’m very satisfied with their work. Fast turn around and the cost was reasonable. I was expecting them to use no name cheapie zippers. What a surprise they used exactly the same YKK brand zippers for the repair.Keep up the good work guys!

I have my backpack zippers repaired there twice now and always great service. The last time I forgot to mention that the carbineer got unattached for holding my keys. Well they repaired that too! :)

Over the years, I've developed two holes in my longchamp pliage large tote bag. I finally decided to get it fixed and found Leslie's! The price quoted was reasonable and they were quite quick with the repair. They even gave me some options for the repair since one of the holes was really big - either take the bag in (changing the shape) or adding leather to the corners. I opted to just take the bag in and think it looks great!
