My visit at Lumiere Spa was amazing! Marvice is so friendly, and professional. She really seemed to care, and was easy to talk to. She presented various products that she felt would be good for my skin care routine at home, but she was definitely not pushy about me buying anything. My face felt so clean afterwards, and I felt mentally clensed as well!

I had an excellent facial at Lumière Spa and will definitely be returning. The treatment was very customized and focused on skin health rather than just relaxation. My esthetician took time to assess my skin and explain what she was doing throughout the facial. The treatment included cleansing, hydration, lymphatic drainage massage, LED therapy, and a mask tailored to my skin’s needs. My skin looked noticeably brighter, calmer, and more hydrated afterward. I also appreciated that the recommendations felt thoughtful rather than pushy. Overall it felt like a very holistic and professional approach to skincare. Highly recommend if you’re looking for results-oriented facials in Vancouver.

I had the Sculpted Facial today with Marvice, and it was my first facial experience. It was absolutely amazing.
Marvice is truly exceptional at what she does. She has a deep understanding of the skin and knows exactly how to assess what it needs. She also takes the time to understand you personally and tailors the facial to your individual needs and goals.
After the treatment, my skin looked incredibly glowing, youthful, and more structured — exactly what I was hoping for. I could immediately see and feel the difference.
I will definitely be coming back to Lumere. Your skin is truly in great hands here.

DONT GO HERE! 1. I was extremely sick on my appointment day, I called and asked if I can get my $200 deposit as a store credit, i wasnt even asking for a refund because I understand their no refund policy. HOWEVER there's always an exception for emergency situation. I told the owner I most likely have to go to the hospital and will provide her a doctor's note. She still refused for to give me the $200 store credit! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this place because the owner lack of empathy, when a business is like this you know they only go after your money. Very UNETHICAL. 2. I didnt want to waste my $200 so I sent my friend to go instead and my friend told me that the owner shaved her face with the razor after she told her countless times not to do so. After 1 week now the hair is growing back more noticeable and thicker. During the whole process all the she tried to do was selling my friend her products! Do yourself a favor and find another ethical spa to go! Good luck

I can honestly say this was the best experience and facial I have ever gotten. She is kind, gentle, sweet, caring. She welcomes you to her space with care and warmth. Its clean and impeccable. She performs a lifestyle and skin analysis to offer the best care. She utilizes a mix of techniques including aromatherapy to enhance the experience. You can tell she loves what she does . I’m in town for a few months working and decided to treat myself to a badly needed facial. Marvice is a wonder. She quickly diagnosed my issues (namely that my skin has dried out as I’ve aged) and gave me advice on how to course correct. She was honest, direct and specific. In the short time that I’ve seen her she’s transformed my skin. It’s so much more radiant and healthy looking. I can’t recommend her enough.
