I brought in my 15 year old discontinued Neverfull tote for repair after the top leather lining started to crack along the edges, along with one side of the side strap. The store director and client advisors here are friendly and overall nicer than at Holt Renfrew. I had some issues with a bag I purchased at Holt’s and brought it to them instead for help. Because prior I had already brought it back to Holt’s once and it was still bad. LV at Fairmont helped me right away & apologized for the issues and said the bag I got shouldn’t have been sold to me to begin with. At least this location does quality checks.
Had an amazing experience and easy transaction there yesterday. The gentleman who helped me was nice and patient when I wanted to look for more items. I can't believe they have the card holder I've been looking for.
