I had a great experience at Lotus Eyewear. The young gentleman who helped me (I believe the owner) was very professional and customer-focused. When my lenses arrived incorrectly, he immediately sent them back and resolved the issue quickly without any hesitation. I received my glasses again in a short time. Excellent customer service — truly appreciated!
Fahim was a fantastic help. We spent a while in the shop picking glasses and getting an eye exam today. He was very knowledgeable patient, and helpful guiding me through selections and answering questions.
We love this shop and the owners are very friendly and knowledgeable! Me and my partner regularly buy our sunglasses here and have never been disappointed! :)) just got my new sunglasses today! Highly recommend it!
