I had a great experience at Lotus Eyewear. The young gentleman who helped me (I believe the owner) was very professional and customer-focused. When my lenses arrived incorrectly, he immediately sent them back and resolved the issue quickly without any hesitation. I received my glasses again in a short time. Excellent customer service — truly appreciated!

Fahim was a fantastic help. We spent a while in the shop picking glasses and getting an eye exam today. He was very knowledgeable patient, and helpful guiding me through selections and answering questions.
