Alex was super helpful in answering my questions regarding warranty and repairs for my wallet. Even though the items I was interested in purchasing were out of stock at this store, he redirected me to stores that did have stock. Also just very kind and funny ?
I want to write a special thank you to Alex at this location. I went in the store with my sister just the past weekend, and the first sales on the floor took a glance at us and walked away immediately. But Alex was there and answered our questions about the bag we inquired. He was professional and gave advice based on what we were looking for. He was also very kind finding a pouch and box for another surprise we wanted to put into the bag we bought, even though we were there a bit later than the store closing time with 2 bags purchased. So shout out to Alex for changing the shopping experience from bad to good. :)
I wanted to buy an LV cardigan, and made the trek downtown. I was greeted warmly by two staff members. They were incredibly patient and informative. Although my purchase was *relatively* modest, they, especially Ivy Duchen, treated me like a VIP high roller. I will definitely return to purchase more men's ready to wear clothing in the future.
