I had a plumbing scare on Christmas Eve and started calling plumbers to see if anyone could come take a look. Since it was Christmas Eve, no one was available, and the few who were available were charging quite a lot. I called Lockhart and spoke to Eli. Even though no one could come out, he patiently asked what had happened, explained that it wasn’t as bad as I thought, and told me how to handle it. I really appreciated his help, especially since I wasn’t even a paying customer yet, and he was still willing to troubleshoot with me over the phone. I will definitely contact them in the future if I need any plumbing services.
I have twice use Lockhart for urgent but non emergency leaks. Ryan responds quickly to phone calls and messages, was able to fit me in to his schedule quickly and is a friendly pleasant person. I received clear explanations of the issues, the repairs and a simple report with recommendations to forward my Strat council.I plan on using this company again and would recommend them.
Ryan helped us out with an emergency repair on a Friday afternoon.
