I injured my tendon on my right ankle which is already weak from sciatica. It happened in March and persisted til September. No one could figure out what exactly was wrong with it and why it wasn't healing. I got some ultrasounds done and was told there was a near tear. I came to Alex at LifeMark and he discovered that was not the case. With just one correct deep finger massage between the bone and tendon, Alex released built-up fluid that had congealed and created a bump under and around the tendon causing extreme pain. I had an amazing experience. Howard lee as my physiotherapist, I was lucky to get all the treament ,support and advice. He is very knowledgeable,kind,
attentive and caring. With the help of interpreter, he made sure I understood what he is saying and took time to listed to all my quations and
concerns.
In addition,Val and ryan were also part of the team
I the beginning of my treatment. Thinking back in what kind of heath l was in and now, There is just not enough words to express my feelings.
I will definitely recomend this place to anyone who might need treatment.

I was fortunate to work with an excellent kinesiologist, Bosco Li - who guided me through a personalized series of exercises. His encouragement and expertise were invaluable, and I’m grateful for his hard work and support.
Alain, the physiotherapist, is very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable.
Masha and Natasha provided me with helpful advice on body mechanics, posture, proper positioning and safe ways to perform different duties.
Overall, I’m very appreciative of the entire LifeMark team for their care and commitment.
