Stood in line for 15 min as they serviced someone else who was having trouble understanding, only to be told when it my my turn they weren't taking any more patient despite still being open for 15 min. The courteous, professional thing to do would have been to not waste my time and let me know sooner. Had a positive experience at another lab which was more helpful and efficient despite being a much larger operation.
i walked in on a Fri morning, waited about 2hrs from start to finish. i had a few tests done so a lot of blood was withdrawn, during the process I had a surprisingly good conversation with the nurse (forgot to catch her name!!). She rlly made my day
I want to leave a five-star review for this LifeLabs location despite all the negative reviews I've seen. The truth is, these staff members are working incredibly hard under constant pressure. It’s easy to forget that behind the lab coats are real human beings doing a difficult and often thankless job.
Yes, sometimes they might come across as abrupt or pushy—but that’s not a reflection of who they are as people. It’s a reflection of the fast-paced, high-stress environment they have to work in every day. Their priority is efficiency and accuracy, and that doesn’t always leave room for small talk or hand-holding.
