This has been my location for 6 years now, the staff is kind, patient, they talk to you with lots of respect, I can not point out anyone in particular as I dealt with almost each an every one of them and noticed how they all have the same amazing approach. Their customer service is the best👌
Everyone at this location is absolutely courteous, gentle, professional, and explains what is happening in understandable terms. I really appreciate that and I know many of the multicultural and older people do too.
Went today without an appointment and had a great experience! The staff were gentle and accommodating. I’d recommend booking ahead since they prioritize appointments, but even with the wait, everything was smooth and the actual sample collection took less than 10 minutes.
