I took my leather satin to get New front clasps put on they did an absolute fantastic job with not only the clasps but sewing up the interior. The stitch along the top is pretty much color matched to the rest of the stitching. I can’t even tell that they had to take it apart and put it back together again. I would highly recommend this company for Custom repairs
They helped fix/customize a backpack for a family member of mine, so that it would be more compatible with her wheelchair and easier for her to use. They did an amazing job, and offered such great customer service. They really took the time to understand what we needed, asked questions and made recommendations to make sure we had the best possible solution. The bag is now perfect. They were so friendly too! I have a Lowepro photo backpack that has many miles on it. The shoulder straps were falling apart but the rest of it is in great shape. I only noticed the problem while on my last trip...had to baby it to keep it together. I did not think it could be fixed but I did not like the new packs that are on offer. So I brought it by Leslie's and they figured they could fix it. And fix it they did. Looks great and also looks better built than new. I think this pack will last me until I don't need the full-size anymore - they get heavier every year.
