Recently, the transmission on my high mile 2012 GMC Sierra began to fail. Contacted Lees Transmission and was told to bring it in for a diagnosis. Jason discussed the likely problem and probable cost. Sonny did the diagnosis and road test. No surprise, my torque converter and transmission needed to be replaced/rebuilt. I needed the truck repaired quickly and Jason committed to a short repair timeline. I left the truck and got a loaner vehicle. The rebuild was completed sooner than expected and I was back on the road in no time. The estimate was exactly what I was charged. After I experienced the dealership’s terrible service and overpriced quote, Lee’s understood what exactly I was looking for and prioritize to have my transmission repaired. Tag presented a few options that I could pick and there was no pressure or unnecessary sales. They were honest and did their best to respond to my wishes.
