Outstanding Pilates studio! The instructors are highly professional, skilled, and motivating. The staff are friendly, supportive, and always helpful. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging, and the classes are excellent. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Celebrated my 25th class here with Lauren. My usual location is Main St, but I decided to try this location for a change. There is free street parking the next block, and I appreciate the locked doors while the class is in session. The wall behind the front desk offers privacy as well. The studio is clean and spacious. The set up is a little different from other locations, in that the reformers are lined up in 2 rows, with the larger numbers facing the mirror. Headphones are given to each member for music and instructions during the class.

This studio is fantastic. It’s professional, well-run, and the instructors are truly top-notch. They’re knowledgeable, attentive, and always make the classes feel safe, effective, and enjoyable. Highly recommend .... especially like Greer's classes!
