Our family will always be grateful for the exceptional care we received from KORU during one of the hardest times in our lives. From our first conversation, Rebecca treated us like family. She listened intently, answered every question with kindness, and guided us through each step with genuine compassion. I can't say enough about KORU. From the second I shook Ngaio's hand I knew I picked the right place for my husband's cremation. She listened to my family's needs and even came to our home for a meeting. There was no "upselling" like I've heard from friends who've used other funeral homes. Ngaio and Rebecca took care of every detail, all with such warmth, compassion and grace. I'll be using KORU for my own funeral pre-planning and have shared their contact info with several friends.
