I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic! They took such amazing care of our kitty when she’s dealt with fevers. It’s always stressful when your little angel is sick, but I truly feel like the whole staff at this clinic care deeply about their recovery and making them as comfortable as possible. They took every effort to get us in as soon as possible and were incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. From the front desk agent to the vet I really felt like our cat was in the best hands. Thank you for making a difficult experience manageable. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone!

Finding the right vet for a senior cat is a big deal, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found the team at Kitsilano Veterinary Clinic. Our cat Kato is 17 years old and has some health challenges, so having a veterinary team that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive means everything to us. From the front desk to the veterinarians and technicians, everyone has been kind, patient, and genuinely caring. What stands out most is the feeling you get when you walk in. As a reactive dog owner, vet visits are always stressful. I’ve always been impressed with the care of KAC, and our visit today was above and beyond! Dr. Danielle Herbert is an excellent doctor - she educated me so I could make informed decisions, encouraged me to advocate for my dog, and was patient and gentle with her when figuring out the best way to deliver treatment. I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. H. If you have a fearful or reactive animal, I would absolutely recommend seeing either of the wonderful vets at Kits. Dr Cavanaugh has also provided us with excellent care!
