I would highly recommend Kerrisdale Hair Bar. I have gone here a number of times, twice to get highlights and also got my hair cut from long to a short style and Sharen Lee has never disappointed. Sharon Lee is very friendly and you get a whole experience. I find the prices very affordable for Vancouver.
