We hired Kerr last year to do a major redesign, gut, and rebuild of our upper floor - entire bathroom reno, going from two bedrooms to three, and a new window carved out of the wall. In other words, a big project.
We could not be more pleased with the process and outcome. The integration of design and build meant that the project was seamless, communication was excellent, and in the end what we got was what envisioned, plus more.
Spencer and Evan, on-site worked so hard to make sure that we were happy as the project moved along, and even managed to accommodate our family using the washer/dryer upstairs throughout - I thought I was going to have to hit the laundromat...read full review

We recently had a kitchen renovation done by Kerr Design Build and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! The designer , Nisha, was fantastic throughout the process and offered excellent suggestions that really elevated the space. The work crews were incredibly talented, and their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project. A special shout-out to the site manager, Max, who was absolutely terrific throughout the entire process and to Mark, the project manager who was very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking to renovate their space!

We had Kerr work on our home in 2024. We were extremely happy with the work that was completed. In particular we would like to thank our site manager Goncalo. Goncalo was always on time and at our home making sure the trades were there, he kept us up to date on the progress and any problems. He had some wonderful ideas to save us money and time. He also didn’t seem to mind when we would text or phone him on weekends! He is a wonderful guy to deal with and we highly recommend him. Thank you for all your hard work on our home.
