I’ve been training with Eli and couldn’t be happier! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional. During each session, she takes the time to explain every exercise and how it benefits my body. I really enjoy her classes and always feel motivated. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great trainer!
This trendy boutique gym has been a game changer for me. Every trainer and class is jam packed with fun, energy , genuine care and intensity. Thanks to my trainer Ely and all the other trainers I’ve taken classes I’m starting to see and feel results. Sam is great and I would not have been able to continue my fitness journey without him being responsive and accommodating to my needs. The community is filled with kind, supportive and diverse people so it has a great social aspect too. The eucalyptus infused towels are a nice touch. Can’t say enough good things.
