First time to do chiro that I felt nervous at first, but Jack made all the experience comfortable. He performed an excellent chiro treatment/adjusments. He is very smart and knowledgeable. Explained the reason of my problem areas and pain. He also suggested exercises for me to do at home. He is so good at his practice. I felt so much lighter after the first session. Highly recommend Dr Jack Li for chiro.
