At the very beginning, I was so impressed by how diligent the reception team was to make sure all information was submitted for our pups. The team was very communicative, gave great information and responded promptly. We had never boarded our dogs before and 2 of our 3 are newish rescues, so we were nervous and hesitant to leave them anywhere. With conversations we had with Jet Pet we felt confident that our pups would be safe and loved. I appreciated that there was a meet and greet to make sure our dogs were compatible and social with the pups staying at the Resort. The whole intake process made us feel comfortable.

We used their dog boarding service and it was great. Before we went to see the place and the staff were friendly and showed us the facilities. It was really nice to get pictures of our dog every day so we could get an update and see her. I highly recommend jet pet and I'll be using their services again.
Jet Pet Resort is amazing. My dog has been for daycare and overnight boarding. I've never had any issues and the staff are wonderful. I know my dog has been treated well the whole time because she comes home happy and clean. They offer baths and grooming too.
