Ali is a great mechanic who is polite, friendly, super knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain exactly what the issue is and the work done/required in detail. Highly recommend! Also, Waheed was friendly, polite and professional! A pleasure to deal with!
I had a pre-purchase inspection with Instamek and had Ali Al Basha assigned for the inspection.Ali was professional and thorough with the inspection and walked me through all the current and potential issues I was looking at if I had purchased the vehicle. Although I did not end up purchasing the vehicle, the information that Ali had provided was very helpful in the decision.Overall, I'm very satisfied with the inspection, with the professionalism and detailed report provided.
Exceptional service, our mechanic Ali was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and professional - for context the car had been sitting idle for a very long time but he was able to get her up and running, and complete a full service in no time. Still drives like she’s just off the lot, very happy with the experience and the convenience. Thank you guys!
