I took my 2013 BMW there for myriad of electrical issues and Franklin was able to schedule me in for the next morning. He was extremely transparent and kept us updated throughout the whole diagnostics process. He fixed the problems very quickly and the whole process was a breeze, complete opposite of the usual stressful dealership experience. Glad I took a chance with Fairview, highly recommend them.
I took my Kia Niro in to get the winter tires changed. The price was less than what I've paid elsewhere, the service was fast and the staff were extremely friendly. I will be bringing my car back in the future. Highly recommended!
I would highly recommend Fairview Automotive. They took our BMW in and handled the repair quickly and professionally. The customer service really stood out to me clear, consistent communication the whole way through, which made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Vancouver area looking for reliable, trustworthy service.
