We have used Vaughn from Inside Out home inspection twice now and have nothing but great things to say. He is thorough and efficient and does a great job of explaining potential issues in their varying degrees of seriousness. He is also very funny which is an added bonus. He was recommended to us by our our realtor and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone we know.

Vaughn was recommended to us by our realtor, and saved us tens of thousands of dollars by finding multiple issues in the first house that we looked at. He was very quick to answer follow-up questions after the inspection, and was instrumental in our decision to back out of the sale. We requested him again with our next offer, and he was once again very patient with us as he walked us through all the issues in the house. We got a very thorough full inspection report that same evening, and went ahead with the purchase. I'll definitely be calling him again next time I need an inspection done!

Vaughn provides detailed reports and walks you through all the fine points of his findings in as much detail as you choose. He saved us from pulling the trigger on a home we probably would have regretted. His service was invaluable and I would recommend him to anyone that needs an inspection.
