We had a bathroom mold issue and contacted several companies for remediation. All the other companies gave us a free estimate but didn’t do any testing or analysis. Every one of them said we had a major problem and recommended charging thousands of dollars to tear apart and rebuild the bathroom. To us, this didn’t make any sense as it only appeared to be surface mold with no penetration into the walls.
