I have referred Horst a number of times and the feedback is consistent about how detailed and reliable he is.

I wouldn't recommend Horst to inspect a homeless persons tent in the woods let alone a real home. He fabricates false problems and issues with his inspections. His goal is to devalue the home he is "Inspecting" for his clients to cost the seller thousands of dollars. Horst you are no Holmes on Homes by any means. Do you actually have a real licence or is it fake?
