I live far away from my parents, who do not speak much English, and Hillcrest made the entire process much easier by ensuring all communication, whether from the office or the technician, went through me. They also arranged the city inspection (with the permit fee included), and everything passed smoothly. The hot water tank was slightly wider than the door clearance of the little utility room, so the technician removed the door to bring the tank in. Got my hot water tank replaced by these guys. All went very smoothly and would recommend to anyone. Good things are they were the best priced (got quotes from two other major plumbers for in Vancouver), were able to get the tank with the warranty I wanted, charged as quoted (I made sure to give them accurate info about my place), scheduling was easy and they communicated updated arrival times with me, got the replacement done in a few hours, friendly service, and they brought their own drop sheets and protection for doing their work. Normally I'd be concerned about such a good price but other neighbours recommend them and they were right.
