I had a disappointing experience with them. It seems their primary concern is lining their own pockets rather than prioritizing the needs of their clients.

A nightmare... I've been trying for 10 months just to get them to change my address and they are STILL mailing useless (mostly empty, nondescript and poorly formatted "statements") to my old address.US citizens have to go thru Wells Fargo in NYC to wire money (you can't wire directly), and there is no website or customer portal. It's like they are stuck in the 1980's?Every interaction is done via snail mail. Since it takes so long for snail mail to be routed, I keep getting email messages from my broker asking if I want to sell shares to cover fees for X, Y, or Z because my account is now "in the negative" for simple services.
