I’ve had my second session with Oscar, and I’m already feeling the benefits of my physiotherapy. I came in with a lot of back pain, but after the session, I felt noticeable relief. He provides effective treatment but also gives useful day-to-day tips on correcting posture and preventing future back pain. I definitely plan to continue seeing him in my upcoming sessions.
I've been recieving treatment from phsiotherapist Arjun and Kinesiologist Marcus. Also Daniel Ma is probably the best RMT I have had. These practitioners are professional, friendly, knowledgable and listen carefully to my symptoms and history to provide me with an effective rehab program that I can easily follow at home.
Had my first session with Jeff and it was amazing! He took the time to learn about my issues and previous injuries. Pressure and precision of the massage was spot on. I left feeling much more mobile. He even gave me homework to work on correcting my underlying weaknesses. Super considerate - asked me what kind of music I wanted, whether I wanted eye shades when facing up toward the ceiling lights, checking in on my comfort. Will definitely book again!
