Sam is a highly skilled barber. His haircuts are always excellent and very tidy as he pays special attention to the contours of a person’s head. I’m 67 years old and, in all these years, his haircuts are the only ones on which I receive compliments. I’ve never spoken English with Sam and my Cantonese isn’t good but he understands. His price for a simple haircut is insanely low. Same as the low prices at the Crystal Mall in Burnaby but without the lineups found there.

Three floors of above ground parking for this little mall. $2.10 per hour.P1 level walks out to the stores. P3 goes to Floata Seafood Restaurant. Sam opens early and you can drop in starting at 9 am. He's an excellent barber from Hong Kong. My dad have been coming here for 20 years. $20 for cut with no wash, tips included. $10 more for wash.

Sam is the one and only hairstylist that’s left doing the haircut in this place. Great guy who knows what he’s doing and charges much less than what he deserves.Hopefully he’ll survive along with only few other businesses next to him that are still operating. It is heartbreaking to see the declining trend of businesses within Vancouver Chinatown area and surrounding.
