Our funeral director was professional, kind, caring and compassionate. She seamlessly handled a potential complication and took it off our plates at such a tough time. On the day of service, we were impressed at how knowledgeable the team was about several different customs (Chinese, South Asian, Western) and was ready with things like arm bands and head coverings.
