Gina is an incredible person and talented professional. She is warm, friendly and very efficient. My daughter and I look forward to returning to see Gina on a regular basis for haircuts, hair straightening, and for me, hair colouring.

Staff seem to be more interested with talking on the phone than performing any services. Didn't get a haircut that day and won't be going back. Seems like the kind of place where you know the owner and chat and sometimes they cut hair. I really wouldn't call this an actual business.

Wow!! Not only is the customer service awesome, my haircut is perfect! Thank you Lisa for such a wonderful experience!Lisa cut my mom’s hair a few months ago and she went above and beyond so I thought I’d give the salon a try.Very impressed and I highly recommend!

Gina is the best hairdresser in Vancouver. I have been going to Gina for about 15 years now and have never been disappointed. She is professional and always a joy to be around. Both my daughter and all her friends also use this salon. Highly recommend this salon.

I’ve debated writing this review for a month now.. I hate the idea of publicly critiquing a business. However I figure it’s for the best, since I checked her reviews before I booked and they were all somehow glowing. This was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. It’s been 6 weeks and I still can’t wear my hair down and straight because the cut is so butchered. Avoid this place. I wish I did.Service: Hairstyling
