Green Cartridge was able to find a compatible toner for my old computer. So far, so good. At another store on Broadway, they wanted me to bring the old toner to ship it somewhere to have a copy manufactured! This at a much higher price! Thank you Mr. Chen!

Super helpful and quick. I went there to pickup a delivery and then drop it off, both times at 5:15pm (it shuts at 5:30pm) and both times I was promptly helped without any stress. I appreciate the good service.

If you have any computer or cellphone related issue - this is your shop. I used to go to Geek Squad and paid high bills with low recovery rates. Not any more! Green Cartridge owner went out of his way to fix my problem and accommodated to my trip timing! He is the best business in the field!
