I recently took my dog to Granville Animal Hospital for a doggy dental and a needed 2 extractions. I did a lot of research prior and had a meet and greet exam with owner Dr. Bill Ignacio prior. I instantly felt at ease. He and his team took great care of my terrier Benji who did just great post op. They provide great care and value. My dog will continue on as a patient. I would recommend this clinic to my friends.
Words cannot describe how amazing this vet is. They truly treat your pets like their own. They are so kind and caring and go above and beyond to make your pets feel comfortable. My elderly dog gets very anxious at the vet and they accommodated every one of his (many) needs and did everything they could to make him feel comfortable.
Had a couple incidents where I needed help/advice over the phone and the vets did not hesitate to step in and support us.
Our previous vet (at a different clinic) was horrible, cold and uneducated and switching over to Dr. Wallace was the best decision I ever made. She has done everything she can to help... read full review
Today was the hardest day of my life. I said goodbye to my senior pup Mabel. I can’t say enough about the staff and entire team. From the moment I called they were kind and helpful. Thank you Dr. Clare for being so wonderful, gentle and patient, and Jade for your support and kindness. It truly meant a lot and I can’t thank you enough.
