We have had several visits over the past 12 years for our beloved Boxer Oliver. Every time he was cared for with so much love. It was devastating to have to say goodbye to the bestest boy ever, but Granville Island helped us thru and gave our good boy a good-bye with dignity and love. I'm grateful for all the staff for the kindness. We were blessed to have him for so long. Thank-you
We’ve been through a few vets in the city and this one has stuck with us! They’re kind and compassionate vets, techs and receptionists. Our animals are well cared for and loved by the staff, including sending a condolence card when one of our pets passed away. A little more pricy, but you get what you pay for and we are happy to pay a little extra for them to go the extra mile.
Had both dogs getting spayed in this vet years ago and it was all great !
I recently had one dog getting teeth surgery done there ( she is 7 yrs old and removed 6 teeth ) and I went Beyond of my expectations !!
They did the bloodwork and got results in the same day as the surgery ( not on a diff day like other vets tend to do ) did X-rays and the Doctor called me during the procedure to give me an update on how many teeth she was planning to remove to see if that was ok with me ( I had my other dog doing the exact same surgery on Yaletown Vet/VCA and the care and treatment was COMPLETELY different ) today we went for a teeth checkup and they gave us... read full review
